Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment approaches for individuals with co-occurring conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse patients.

• Capable of maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines to safeguard patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 per year, with additional perks including a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
