Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and thoughtful assessments of clients' mental health status, developing well-informed clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities while providing one-on-one, group, and family therapy that aligns with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Be on hand for crisis intervention, offering acute support to those experiencing immediate mental health challenges or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and complete client records in strict accordance with ethical and legal requirements, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies through continuous professional development activities, workshops, and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics. Our clinic serves both adults and children, giving you the opportunity to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships across age groups and backgrounds while addressing their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Valid credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an understanding of treatment planning.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes the possibility of a sign-on bonus.
