Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other suitable approaches tailored to each client's goals.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and management of their situation.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in line with ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care and continuity for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the State of Illinois.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional clinical assessment skills with strong diagnostic capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
