Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans to meet their unique challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, sometimes addressing issues such as low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, employing evidence-based practices.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals along with measurable client progress, adjusting treatment modalities as needed to enhance effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client care.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
