The Detox Center operates on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends, offering opportunities to support patients during critical times of need.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sevita, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health care professionals to ensure seamless and integrated care for all patients.

• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
\n
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster recovery.

• Develop, review, and adjust personalized treatment plans alongside patients and the treatment team, ensuring alignment with patient goals and preferences.

• Advocate for patients within the mental health system, helping them navigate services and access necessary resources.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, supporting both patient engagement and community recovery efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
