Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Innvouz, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring compassionate, ethical, and confidential support.

• Employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing solution-focused techniques to foster progress.

• Designing comprehensive treatment plans that effectively address client concerns and goals.

• Helping clients achieve greater self-awareness regarding their emotions and interpersonal relationships, supporting them in their journey toward improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and have unique experiences that require thoughtful, personalized approaches. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• A track record free of disciplinary actions and limitations on licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
