Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain a thorough understanding of each client's mental health needs, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide personalized individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the goals and circumstances of each client.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and directing them toward appropriate resources.

• Record and maintain precise, confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress assessments, and outcomes in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clients receive well-rounded and integrated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, coping strategies, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Stay informed about developments in mental health practices through continual professional development, including workshops and training relevant to clinical therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Illinois (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
