Work Environment\n

This role operates on a remote basis , allowing you to practice from the comfort of your own home while still engaging in regular, interactive sessions with patients. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient demands. Our outpatient office fosters a culture of collaboration, where mental health professionals work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored specifically to them.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering a space for shared experiences and community-building among patients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to those in need.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their journey to wellness.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults who face a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , reflecting experience and qualifications.
