Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those enrolled in Master's programs, facilitating their professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with research, treatment methodologies, and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients reflect a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and much more. In this role, you will engage with individuals from various walks of life, providing compassionate support while drawing on a robust understanding of cultural competence and inclusivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
\n
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health therapist, with a track record of helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Experience in providing supervision or mentorship to new clinicians is highly desirable.

• Understanding of telehealth systems and experience providing remote therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
