Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, using a variety of evidence-based approaches to address an array of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, drawing upon your expertise to de-escalate situations and guide individuals towards appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and increasing access to services.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering therapeutic relationships with diverse client demographics.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, effectively working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Show proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, ensuring prompt and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
