Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, analyzing their mental health histories and presenting concerns to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions remotely, utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to promote personal growth.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and participate in case reviews to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
