Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work schedule primarily conducted in a remote setting, maintaining the convenience of working from home while providing outpatient services. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and goals, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an environment of understanding and healing among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in distress and assist them in navigating mental health emergencies.

• Guide patients in understanding their mental health conditions and treatment options, advocating for their access to community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Keep abreast of the latest research, therapeutic practices, and developments in the mental health field to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
