This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing flexibility in managing your schedule while engaging with patients in a supportive setting. The typical workweek is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some scheduling flexibility is expected based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' specific needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence and best practices.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couple, and family counseling.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and encourage shared learning among participants.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer holistic care that integrates various therapeutic approaches.

• Providing crisis intervention services for patients experiencing urgent mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
