Work Environment\n

As a remote outpatient mental health counselor, you will have the flexibility to manage your caseload from your home office. Our supportive atmosphere encourages teamwork and collaboration among multidisciplinary professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. You will also have access to administrative support to facilitate your practice, allowing you to focus on your clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and challenges, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure to practice in California.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective treatment plans for various client demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree and prior experience in outpatient therapy settings will be viewed favorably. This experience should ideally include group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
