Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to accurately diagnose and evaluate their mental health conditions, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, focusing on culturally relevant approaches to care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, providing timely interventions and adjusting care strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in accordance with department policies and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers, facilitating a network of support that enhances patient care.

• Engage in clinical supervision responsibilities, including peer reviews and mentoring, to promote a culture of professional development and excellence among team members.

• Facilitate educational sessions or workshops for students, interns, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning and team collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
