Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to identify symptoms and treatment needs.

Your practice will include a diverse range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical practice is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering culturally competent therapy and crisis intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!
