Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans that promote constructive change.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Set therapeutic goals through collaborative discussions with clients, regularly monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Offer both in-office and teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ preferences and overcome barriers to accessing care, ensuring that needed support is always available.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, showcasing our commitment to professionalism and accountability.

• Engage in continuous professional development practices, enhancing clinical skills through workshops, trainings, and supervision opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license in the state of Texas as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
