Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a connection with our outpatient office for team collaboration and support. You will have the flexibility to manage your daily schedule while adhering to core office hours, which run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally, adjustments to your schedule may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our patients, ensuring they receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand the backgrounds and needs of each patient.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement customized treatment plans that address individual trauma recovery goals.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing and personal growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for patients to express themselves and learn coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each patient.

• Provide support and crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, helping patients navigate difficult moments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.
