Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth services to reach clients in need. Our team embraces a collaborative digital workspace where communication and support are prioritized. Working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet clients' needs, ensuring effective and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma experiences, guiding them towards appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy as well as group therapy sessions focusing on facilitating trauma processing, developing coping strategies, and supporting emotional healing.

• Utilize trauma-specific methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in therapeutic settings.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.

• Offer crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies and provide ongoing support to patients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available wellness resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities to enhance your skills in trauma-informed care.

• Stay current with research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continually improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including but not limited to survivors of abuse, veterans with PTSD, and those dealing with complex trauma and dissociative disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding these clients through their healing journeys, utilizing therapeutic modalities that foster resilience and promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing trauma-specific therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Capability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, providing calm, effective support to clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications is essential.

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting integrated patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
