Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to discern each client's unique trauma history and identify tailored treatment options.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans designed to promote trauma recovery and bolster resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy, focusing on helping clients process traumatic experiences and establish effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, adhering to best practices in documentation.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including complex traumatic experiences and dissociative symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A solid foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
