Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking treatment to identify their specific needs and recovery goals.

• Collaborate in the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's strengths and challenges, including evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, employing strategies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to promote positive behavior change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases, including issues related to alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. The diverse backgrounds of our clients mean you will encounter varied personal challenges and circumstances, necessitating sensitivity and an adaptable counseling approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, reflective of your experience and contribution to the clinic.
