Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of responsibilities including:

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundational knowledge of substance use disorders and expertise in employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored for recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
