The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of their home while playing a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to clients dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety-related disorders, and bipolar disorder.

You will work within established business hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while ensuring timely access to mental health services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and recovery goals.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific challenges presented by mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them through the complexities of mood disorders and sharing effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, using metrics and feedback to adapt and enhance treatment plans for optimal results.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to establish a holistic and integrated approach to each client’s care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Expertise in evidenced-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and a capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.

• Proven success in creating and implementing treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
