Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the severity, duration, and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, resources, and self-care practices to support their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• At least three years of experience working in mental health, with a particular emphasis on mood disorders and related treatment methodologies.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to engage clients through various modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
