Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver telehealth services through structured, evidence-based programs to address various mental health issues.

• Monitor participants’ progress, engage in follow-up communications, and create comprehensive care coordination plans tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate as an integral member of our care team to aid participants in accessing additional resources, and manage the consent and authorization procedures.

• Identify high-risk situations, responding promptly to safety concerns, and adhering to established company protocols to ensure participant safety.

• Engage in regular meetings with peers and supervisors to discuss case management, share insights, and participate in team initiatives.

• Maintain strict confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. As a counselor, you will help clients develop actionable skills and cultivate resilience through focused therapy sessions, placing significant emphasis on long-term mental wellness and life skills enhancement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours, available from Monday to Friday for patient appointments.
