Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and maintaining the high standards of our clinic.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering strong relationships to streamline patient care.

• Create and maintain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and advocate for the mission of Sierra Vista within the community.

• Establish strong partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs while identifying potential funding opportunities and collaborations.

• Engage in personal and professional growth by attending conferences, participating in workshops, and representing our agency at statewide meetings and committees related to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support, ranging from those experiencing mild stress to individuals managing severe psychological conditions. As part of the Outpatient Therapy program, you will help clients develop coping strategies, enhance life skills, and foster resilience. Your work will significantly impact their quality of life, equipping them to engage more fully in their communities and daily activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
