Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with various mental health conditions, particularly mood disorders.

• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote mental wellness.

• Document client progress and treatment efficacy in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies, share insights, and contribute to a collegial support system.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, enhancing awareness of mental health topics and resources available through Wisdom Tree Counseling.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals regarding client care and pharmacological treatments when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
