Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional or mental distress, using your expertise to stabilize situations effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, leveraging our innovative digital tools to ensure compliance and organization in client records.

• Assess client needs through mental health screenings, tailoring treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and individual goals.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years working in mental health counseling, particularly with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders or substance use treatment.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology for counseling sessions, including familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Strong understanding of contemporary counseling practices, techniques, and trends applicable to individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
