Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing support.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, with scheduling availability for 33 patient hours per week to effectively manage fluctuating cancellation rates.

• Utilize various digital assessment tools, such as session rating scales, to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and contribute to shared learning within the team.

• Adhere to company policies regarding documentation, scheduling, fee collections, and onboarding of new patients.
