Work Environment\n

This remote position offers you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team culture. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on treating mood disorders preferred.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT and DBT, and a strong foundation in psychopharmacology.

• Proven ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse populations, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Experience working in community health settings and with diverse populations is highly valued. A track record of successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders will also be regarded favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
