Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of clients and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Engage with clients experiencing crises by providing prompt crisis intervention and support during emergencies.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families about mental health issues, treatment processes, and available community resources that promote recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential case notes, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our clients are individuals, couples, and families seeking support to navigate complex mental health challenges, making our interventions crucial for their personal and relational growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related psychology field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
