Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand and determine clients' mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific goals of each client.

• Providing individual therapy for adult clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that interventions are both relevant and effective.

• Delivering virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms to accommodate the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Engaging in crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that appropriate support is available for clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises a diverse group of adults navigating various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, amongst others. Our therapists have the flexibility to utilize their preferred therapy practices, leading to individualized and effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Strength in communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , depending on your caseload and experience level.
