Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique challenges faced by elderly clients, using a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy to older adults, demonstrating patience and empathy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering rapport and trust with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
