Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with geriatric psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive integrated and holistic care tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions, their treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, contributing to a culture of accountability and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure mental health therapy experience is preferred.
