Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while ensuring that you can effectively engage with clients in need of mental health support. Regular communication with team members and healthcare professionals will occur through digital platforms, contributing to a collaborative approach in patient care. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to older adults, identifying their unique challenges and needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that consider cognitive changes, physical health, and varying social factors affecting our elderly patients.

• Work collaboratively with geriatric psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a unified approach to patient care.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and mental health support for elderly patients experiencing acute distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, exploring their treatment options and available community support resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
