Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, initiating the therapeutic process through detailed assessments tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, families, and groups, using evidence-based methodologies that align with best practices in mental health.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to enhance client engagement and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly AVATAR or similar platforms, for efficient client management.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based interventions, and ethical standards in counseling.
