Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve providing care to a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds, as well as those from LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the incorporation of cultural competence into therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on inclusive, culturally responsive techniques.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities, along with a calm demeanor in challenging therapeutic situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
