While the position is remote, you will have access to regular team meetings and collaboration opportunities to enhance care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's background and specific mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, adjusting interventions as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address diverse mental health issues, enhancing patients’ coping skills and overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing advanced de-escalation techniques and assessing immediate risks.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects treatment progress and patient interactions.

• Take part in regular case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance skills and ensure best practices are continuously applied.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts is mandatory.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy that incorporates cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with proven ability to maintain composure and provide support during challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
