Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling effective work with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and client records accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
