Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify effective treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to process trauma, explore coping strategies, and share experiences with others.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients.

Qualifications\n

• Ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations, providing a steady and reassuring presence to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma-informed care and therapy.
