Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying the most effective treatment approaches.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating care and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals who have experienced significant trauma. You will work with a diverse group of clients, including adults and adolescents grappling with PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and those navigating complex personal histories. Your support will be vital in guiding these clients through their healing journeys, allowing them to regain a sense of autonomy and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirements: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with specific expertise in trauma-related disorders and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
