Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments during initial consultations to evaluate client histories and identify personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery and resilience-building, adjusting strategies based on client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions designed to encourage clients to express their trauma experiences, learn coping mechanisms, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated, holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and relevant community resources to facilitate overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
