This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with a vibrant team of professionals throughout Oregon. You will engage with a diverse client base, addressing their unique mental health needs within the framework of a supportive, trauma-informed care model.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gauge patients' trauma histories and determine optimal treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience among clients.
\n
• Administer evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma and build vital coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated patient care.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records while adhering to legal and ethical standards in documentation.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and further professional development activities focused on enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay current with the latest therapy methods, research, and best practices in the field of trauma treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work with a varied patient demographic, including both adults and adolescents, helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health challenges in a supportive and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a mental health clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
