Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop case conceptualizations tailored to each client's unique situation and needs.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based trauma treatment modalities.

• Facilitate collaborative case management, engaging with other professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring client records are up to date.

• Actively participate in ongoing training and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and remain abreast of developments in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a varied patient population, including children, teenagers, and adults, many of whom have histories of trauma and may present co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to utilize a range of therapeutic techniques addressing different mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues, through trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current active licensure by the State of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, enabling independent practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a primary therapist or relevant clinical role, providing evidence of strong therapeutic skills.
