This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely, supported by a comprehensive telehealth infrastructure. You will be part of a vibrant team that operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized counseling to a diverse client base, tailoring your approach to address individual mental health needs through evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Ensure thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma responses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Must hold active independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting is required. Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
