Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct sessions with clients via phone, video chat, or secure messaging through our proprietary app, offering flexible communication options.

• Provide therapeutic treatment to stable clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues during 30- or 45-minute sessions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address client concerns, including ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, relationship issues, and other challenges suitable for remote care.

• Maintain accurate and minimal documentation to comply with regulatory and organizational standards, allowing more time to focus on direct client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our platform serves a diverse clientele, all of whom are screened to ensure they are stable and suitable for remote therapy. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to choose up to three specific client demographics to work with, enabling you to tailor your practice to align with your expertise and interests. The platform will match clients based on your licensure areas, eliminating the need for you to seek out new clients and allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid independent license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in Pennsylvania, free of disciplinary actions.

• Access to a reliable phone, a PC or laptop (no tablets), and a stable internet connection essential for virtual interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with the hours worked and your level of experience. As a full-time therapist (30-40 hours per week), you will also receive:
