Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Compassionate, empathetic demeanor, with an ability to provide a non-judgmental space for clients.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities and proven time-management skills to balance client caseload effectively.

• Clean professional history with no prior disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy services via telehealth.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
