You will engage with colleagues regularly via teleconferencing tools, and your schedule will typically range from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to identify patients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups to nurture community connections and enhance mental health awareness among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment and coordinated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, exhibiting the ability to remain calm under pressure and guide clients through mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and available resources, promoting self-management and community engagement.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, including treatment notes and assessment results.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
