Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, employing standardized diagnostic tools and individualized interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each adolescent and young adult client, adjusting as necessary based on progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions within the framework of our virtual services.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, documenting changes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on necessary treatment adaptations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support effectively, utilizing crisis management techniques tailored to individual client situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to client care, continuously seeking input to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Stay informed on emerging trends and developments in mental health treatment to integrate best practices into your clinical approach.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular supervision and training sessions, seeking to expand clinical skills and therapeutic knowledge.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and standards as required by licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of this population through flexible and accessible virtual care. You will connect with clients who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy, ensuring they receive the support they need, when they need it.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to connect with diverse client backgrounds.
\n
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, emphasizing a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic settings.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload and maintain accurate documentation.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on any professional licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working in remote settings, extensive familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and specific training in evidence-based practices for youth mental health will be especially competitive. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is highly esteemed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
