Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health statuses, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and therapeutic objectives, utilizing evidence-based and solution-oriented approaches.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients via teletherapy, ensuring a compassionate and effective therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to balance multiple client needs effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board.
